Anyway, just wanted to know how to have a (quite) vivid dream (probably once I'm lucid), because the last 15 lucid bits I've had (and nearly all my dreams now) were blurry...
I've tried looking strongly at my hands but that just woke me up (though it was "funny" : my hands turned slightly into the wall I wake up face to face with...).
Thanks for advice.
Very common problem. The remedy is quite simple. When you enter a lucid dream you have to realize that you are in control. If I'm not satisfied with my "picture" in a lucid dream, I shout, "Increase Clarity Now!" My mind automatically imagines what my surroundings as brighter and displays it me simoutaneously displays it.
Also, when you are in a lucid dream focus on what it is you actually want to do. Don't merely observe your hands to see what they might look like, know what they look like, then you will see them correctly. In a lucid dream, when I look at my hands, they appear to be dissolving away. Then I think what my hands are suppose to look like, and bam, they form to their original shape. Turns out most of us really dont know the back of our hands! From a first person perspective, the detail on our hands is rarely paid attention to. That is why the brain often gives rough images of hands. However I use this as a reality check; if my hands are fuzzy or blurry, I know that I am dreaming. Hoped that helped.
