When I first lay down in bed my mind will be clear, but after a few minutes I will think of random things that make no sense at all. I tried focusing on an object, circle, or color, but it doesn't help.
I heard a technique about imagining a red dot. The more I thought about the dot, the more things happened. Such as the dot turning into a sphere, and the sphere rolling down a ramp, and someone catching it. Gradually I lose conscientiousness and I am not able to focus my thoughts.
Any tips? I believe you all call these WILDs? Sadly enough, the only time I can get a lucid dream is when I take Benadryl (allergy medicine). It is basically a 90% chance to get an LD with no effort whatsoever to obtain them. Of course the effect diminishes after one night, so that method won't do.
Is there any reason why I am able to induce lucid dreams while on allergy medicine, but not normally? Maybe something to do with antihistamines...?
Random questions before bed are fun!
Have a good morning friends
