Has anyone ever had WoW involved in your lucid dreams in anyway cool? I was just wondering if something like this was possible. I remember having some people from the horde in my dreams and it was kinda scary haha |

yup. I've had almost exactly what you're describing. I'm pretty sure theres a medical name for it, but its a symptom of the WoW addiction. It's when your mind is still thinking in terms of the game even when you're off of it, this usually manifests itself when you go to sleep almost immediately after stopping playing the game. Generally one goes to sleep faster but has no meaningful dreams, only dreams of the game, and ones perspective is locked to that of the game in the dream. This symptom goes away after perhaps 2 weeks to 1 month of game play, and is replaced by a state of dreamless sleep upon sleeping, it is the body's way of packing more sleep into a shorter period of time. I've had many friends addicted to WoW, and i have been addicted to it myself for as long as 6 months, most of us experienced stuff like this. Although this is just normal dreams, not necessarily lucid. |
