Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited, imagination is infinant - Einstein
depends on how much sleep you had the night before...I've dreamt while napping..but my naptime dreams are usually freakier/more unusual than my night-time dreams |
I've noticed something similar. I sometimes take a nap in my car for my lunch break at work, and I have had some strange dreams. What makes them a little more freaky is that they tend to include me driving my car somewhere so I think that I'm really driving my car while I'm asleep so it sometimes can be a little scary and disorienting. Usually though my car doesn't seem to be reacting properly to everything I do, so I guess that would make a pretty good dream sign. |

I love napping. It's like some sort of meditaion for me... I can hear the sounds around me while taking a nap, is there anyone else that does that? |
I have trouble with naps. The only way I manage to take one every now and then is sometimes when I come home from work and happen to lay down on the bed, maybe play with the dog or whatever, then start to feel tired. But, I can't just decide to "lay down and take a nap because I always get that feeling that I should be doing something productive (believe me, I know naps are productive too!). |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
When i'm napping there is usually too much noise around me so when i finally do start dreaming it is often what others r saying....most of the time i just WILD on accident because i can't sleep while they talk...so i just dream more up around them... |
I fall asleep -- sort of. I cycle in between waking and pre-REM deep sleep mode. So I still know everything that's going on, but I have all these thoughts running around through my head, some of them almost (but not quite) dreamlike. |
It is important that we do not judge these few unbiased moments of our lives, but take them as they are. There is no nightmare for the lucid dreamer, nor no shadows on the mind.
