I have heard much about Sleep Paralysis and actually had it a couple of times.
But when I heard that it can be used as a doorway to Lucid Dreaming I was very interested.

My question is, How do you go from Sleep Paralysis to a Lucid Dream.

Because, I can use Binaural beats to get me into Sleep Paralysis on command, and being able to Lucid Dream from that would make things much easier.
