The thing about SP is that you are halfway there since your body is SP that means all that you have left is to get your mind to follow suit. It's like a SPILD lol sort of like WILD'ing except you are pretty much done you just have to close your eyes and get the dream going if that makes any sense. |

Brandon Heat: I disagree with you on the subject of "you are pretty much done you just have to close your eyes and get the dream going if that makes any sense." Many people can enter SP easily, but have a hard time actually entering the dream. In my case, I can enter sleep paralysis within a minute, maybe a bit more. However, I can never enter a dream this way. Because of this , I can not induce a ld using WILD. |

This strange of paralysis was a recurrent consequence of my first lucid dreams. Every time I discovered that I was dreaming and played around with the environment, I returned at a state of terrifying catalepsy. |
