      Sleep Paralysis to Lucid Dream

I have heard much about Sleep Paralysis and actually had it a couple of times.
But when I heard that it can be used as a doorway to Lucid Dreaming I was very interested.

My question is, How do you go from Sleep Paralysis to a Lucid Dream.

Because, I can use Binaural beats to get me into Sleep Paralysis on command, and being able to Lucid Dream from that would make things much easier.

The thing about SP is that you are halfway there since your body is SP that means all that you have left is to get your mind to follow suit. It's like a SPILD lol sort of like WILD'ing except you are pretty much done you just have to close your eyes and get the dream going if that makes any sense.

Brandon Heat: I disagree with you on the subject of "you are pretty much done you just have to close your eyes and get the dream going if that makes any sense." Many people can enter SP easily, but have a hard time actually entering the dream. In my case, I can enter sleep paralysis within a minute, maybe a bit more. However, I can never enter a dream this way. Because of this , I can not induce a ld using WILD.

      Terrifying catalepsy

This strange of paralysis was a recurrent consequence of my first lucid dreams. Every time I discovered that I was dreaming and played around with the environment, I returned at a state of terrifying catalepsy.

I used to remain on that state for long time before been able to move. Then I discovered two techniques to get out:

      1. Go back to the "dream zone", but this time as a regular dream, and let yourself wake up normally, or
      2. Instead of trying to move a leg or an arm, concentrate in a small part, as trying to move one single finger of your hand. Don't panic, just one finger. As soon as you move that finger, all the sudden motion comes back to your whole body.

I prefer the second technique, because it allows me to experiment an uninterrupted bridge between dream and wake continence. That way, I am completely sure that my paralysis experience was real and not a dream.
