Thread: Involuntary move during wild

I Involuntarily moved my arm while trying my first wild last night, it threw itself powerfully forward completly out of my control, it only happened once and soon after i quit wild because it wasnt working very well.
has this happened to any one else? what could it be that caused it?

There have been a lot of similar threads in which someone calls the OP's involuntary muscle contraction a hypnic jerk. I don't think involuntary movements should hinder your WILD attempt, so maybe you experienced something else. If that wasn't what caused you to quit the attempt, then it probably was in fact a hypnic jerk.
