I have more lucid dreams in the summer, because of course we are off school..and that means sleeping later, more time to write dreams down, and simply more time to just explore the world of dreaming itself.
Other than that, I remember more dreams during the winter because everyone seems to be more calm during the winter, and because of that I sleep more soundly. I have less things on my mind in the winter.
I cannot call it a trend, but I had WAY more lucids during the summer ths past year.
I don't take notes of when I have lucids, so I don't know, but I think I have more in the summer, as I'm off school and there's alot less stress at that time.
Winter, because I get more sleep. Summer days are so long, I end up staying up later and shortchanging myself on sleep. Summer, I average 6 hours a night, winter, 7.5 hours a night.
I get about 9h sleep/day on average during summer, and 8h/day during winter.
Looking back in my DJ, there doesn't seem to be any more or less at any particular time of the year. Steady throughout the year.
I'd say winter just because the cold makes me tired as well as I actually have more lucids in the winter
I'd think the winter, solely for climate. It's colder, which is more comfortable and easy to cozy in than a hot, sweaty summer.
Definately summer, a large majority of my lds came last summer. This Winter was unfortunate, though it did bring me my longest one.
