Thread: End Of A Dry Spell...

I had my first LD in about a year last night, can't remember exactly how I became lucid, but I was. I was walking down a path through the woods, and I remember looking at my hands, watching the shadows of the trees run across my arms. It was very clear and sharp. For about 10 minutes I was just looking at it, thinking "God, this is SO real! I can't believe it's all in my head!". It was wonderful! I came across a bridge and I decided I wanted to swim. I began taking off all my clothes, then I thought, "What if this isn't a dream? What if it's real life? Oh what the heck..." I jumped into the water and started swimming around. Sadly, right around then, the dream switched into 3rd person, and I lost my lucidity. It's a shame I coudn't remember any of the stuff I've always wanted to do in an LD, it feels like I just wasted it...
