Hi guys/and ladies

Last night I experienced many dreams. I must have become aware somewhere in the dreams, because somewhere along the line I kept telling myself I was dreaming. (The nakedness worked to a point).

More importantly, I woke up, exhausted at around 9 this morning, I felt somehow in between reality and dreaming, kind of as most people would say "half-asleep". What happened next resembled the early stages of a WILD, a first for me. I ask for help, because I'm not that familiar although I've read about it.

I closed my eyes again and let my mind drift, and maintained the idea I was in bed.
Soon enough, I felt incredible heat surge through my body, and tingling, (keep in mind this was only around 30 second after I closed my eyes again), I wa shocked but kept doing what I was doing because I thought it just might be a WILD. Next I felt like all of a sudden I lost my balance and felt I was tumbling through the air. I imagined myself flying and I felt things change, like gravity lessened or something. This was all in conjunction with my thoughts, "I am dreaming, I can control this", soon enough though , after this sensation of directionless floating I woke fully.

Does this sound like a WILD, or almost a WILD? I feel like I should be happy, like I'm close, but I want to make sure, since I hadn't intended to do it.

Thanks for your imput

I'm pretty sure you're right about it being the beginning stages of WILD, b/c whenever I attempt WILD, that is basically what I experience. Except I don't feel the heat; I just feel like I am raising out of my body. Everyone has different experiences upon WILD though, and it is definitely possible to experience one w/o trying. Good Luck w/ all future attempts!

I think so. I haven't gotten much further with WILD than that.

Wow that seems a cool WILD.
Most of my WILDs just found me phasing into the dreamworld after a couple of seconds

I've accidently done it before too. I had a falling sensation and everything was white. After what seemed like an hour of falling (really probably about 30 seconds) and strange sensations, I decided that this was really boring and I wanted to get back to my dream, so back to my dream I went. This was before I found this site and started reading about lucid dreaming. Oh well...
