Ok well i had a dream/though not sure yet, but it was really lucid. I was like zooming around like a camera angle on a movie. Anyways One of the msot lucid ones was me falling off a building landing on my feet, the other one was me falling off a building and flying like all over and it lasted like 4 seconds, can anyone tell me if i was just having lucid thoughts? cause iv had like over 20 lucid thoughts in 2 hours.

I dunno what you're on about. It seems strange to have dreams that only last a couple of seconds. Instead of just flying around randomly next time you have them why don't you just stop and try to stabilise the dream and work out what's going on?

It sounds to me like you're misusing the word Lucid.
Yes it means clear, and clarity. But just because you have a very clear and real dream, doesn't make it a Lucid Dream, a dream is only lucid when you realize you are dreaming, and you did not explain that above.
Therefore, they weren't lucid's, but really cool second long dreams.

It could also have been very vivid HI (Hypnagogic imagery).

Sometimes (actually very rarely) when I'm falling asleep, I have a lucid dream (vague LD) and I wake up, then I go back to sleep and I immediately have another one etc. And that can go on for a while. Although nightshade pointed out it might just be HI and they may be just that.

Was that while you were awake or trying to fall asleep.

I've had some experiences that were similar to yours, but I have no idea what causes them. The best description of the experience is - trying to control HI. Sure, the HI changes as I desire, but soon fades away. There's also no dream body so you are like a "camera" looking around.

The trance hypnosis could've affected you... I have no other explanation.

I know what you are referring to SillyRabbit. I have the same thing happen a lot, mostly after I have been sleeping and dreaming for several hours. They are like short dreams or maybe just thoughts that last only a couple of seconds, and mine come about 10 minutes apart. I think what happens is that the rem cycles get closer together after a person has been dreaming for a few hours which allows them to occur more frequently. This is very similar to a technique called Image Streaming that I read about in a book called The Einstein Factor, which Einstein used to get some of his best ideas from.
