Almost Had A Lucid Dream The Other Night....almost!

I had a dream where I sat up in my bed and I was dreaming and kinda awake at the same time. I was like kinda coming out of my body, and I was like is this a dream or real....then I snapped in my body and I cant remember if I ever woke up or it was all a dream or what. Weird though. By the way, have any of you guys ever had a healing dream before? If so whats it like?

I have woken up with dream images still in front of me, perhaps this was it? Or maybe still you were in sleep paralysis in the HI stage. Anyway, next time that happens, if you even think you might be dreaming, do some reality checks, you may have an avenue for lucidity right there. Good Luck!
