I was reading oneirnaut's (please forgive my mispelling) dream journal today.
I found his ability to control and move throughout dream environments fascinating.
This led me to theorizing about all the different ways you could get from one place to the next while in a dream environment. I haven't run a search yet on this topic so I am not sure if a thread already exists which contemplates the idea of moving about in a dream. I personally haven't had a real lucid dreaming experience but when the time comes I think that I would like to try and go somewhere else without requiring all the concentration that apparently accompanies flying or teleportation which is what I was reading in the aforementioned members dream journal.
This video gave me some pretty interesting ideas, http://youtube.com/watch?v=if3Qv2tHyfA
Anyone with any experience try stuff like this? or is this harder to do than the flying?
What are all the unique dream transit options?

Well, that portal stuff (From Half-Life Episode One if i'm correct) reminded me of Prey, you could shoot yourself through a portal and die :D.
In any case, I do remember that I once died in a dream, and following that my ''spirit'' flew away, into the galaxy, some weird old matrix colored dos screen popped up (Transparent) showing the galaxy behind that.
I chose a new planet and tada, new body, new dream, new environment.
The options are likely all that you make of them.
And difficulty... meh, I think the only difficulty would be to maintain control / try not to wake up whilst transitting.

My technique is a classic I think, but I'll still mention it...
In my last LD I became lucid while I was in my house. As I wanted to go somewhere else, I added a second floor to my house and went there, then I just decided that the place I wanted to go to would be behind the door created on the new floor, and I opened it...
