Good question but I don't think so. If you reverse it, let's say you get 6 hours of sleep the first night and then 10 next night I'd say you'd feel as though you had you got 8 hours of sleep both nights. But thats just my opinion, no scientific proofs behind that |

Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.
thanx for the reply, anyone else got any ideas? |

I agree with BohmaN here, but man do I wish that was the case. |

Nope. I sleep bout 9 - 10 hours every night, but I feel dead tired if I have to get up early, or if I am up late. |
|
I find if I sleep too much, like 10-12 hours, I wake up still tired. |

Interesting question, I don't think it will seem like 8 hours rest for each day because I think that you need a good amount of time to sleep around 7 hours each night. As each day takes up energy, your body will need to rest and process the day's thoughts, so it needs a good amount of sleep to recharge for the next day. If it gets a good amount of sleep on one night like 10 hours for example then it will have a lot of energy but it if it has 6 hours the next day, then it won't have had enough time to recharge for the next day. |
