Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming

Can someone tell me what it covers about LD's and chapters?
i am thinking about buying it... but i want to be sure since "The art of dreaming" is kinda hard to understand...

If you are serious about LD, get it. It is the BEST material out.
It is the bible of lucid dreaming.

Are you referring to The Art of Dreaming by Carlos Castenada?

If so, these two books are orders of magnitude apart when it comes to teaching you about lucid dreaming.

I've read them both. The art of dreaming is more like an adventure book while Exploring the world of Lucid dreaming is a how-to manual.

The first couple of chapters tell you what it is
The next couple tell you how to develop ability
The rest of the book tells you what you can do with it and provides example letters from people.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

What about the more recently released 'Lucid Dreaming' by Stephen LaBerge, is it more comprehensive than 'Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming'??? I have checked out two bookstores now and neither had it in stock. Anyone know a sweet price for it online?

The dream is real, my friends. The failure to realize it is the only unreality.

      You mean this one:
Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life
      $13 at amazon

      EWOLD is $15 at amazon

I recently bought a copy of EWOLD at the used book store for $3. I let a friend of mine borrow it.
