Thread: Lucid Crossroads?

I just read an old Lucid Task here it it was to get to the Lucid Crossroads... So can someone just explain what it is a bit? I have been to the homepage but couldn't really figure out what it is

yeah I know, it is a bit vague

I think they're just trying to give you a bit of a starter. The crossroads
is a place they've created to help you open doors onto different
places/landscapes/situations.

If you imagine the place they describe when you're lucid and follow the
story they've given you then it may help you achieve getting to places
and doing things in lucids.

I've never tried to to be honest. Maybe others have...

I've been reading about it, but never achevied getting there, let alone never acheving and full LD for that matter after 5-6 monthes.

It's exactly what's described above. Some people also take it as a good opportunity to experience shared dreams, however, shared dreams are impossible, in my opinion

It actually isn't that far fetched, IMO

Most people Seem to imagine it as a place with losts of doors that lead to many places.

it is sapposed to be a place where thies two people (Clem and Glad I think) work. To get there, you could fly, teleport, go through a door, swim up through the well, go through a mirror go through the lucid dojo, etc. They say you can leave messages for other dreamers,, can acsees other peoples dreams through the doors, well and mirror.

Who are the two blue guys, you said their names, but actually who are they? Are they just figments of our imagination? I have researched this crossroads place (because I am a martial artist and want to train more often but can't) and have found that I is explained so intricately that everyone who goes there will experience the same surroundings. Technically, we create our own versions, which are so similar to other’s versions that we believe it is the same place. If you know what I mean.

well, they are sapposed to be part of your subconchuse, but that might not actually be the case.

The site owner/writer gave a discription of how we all create a "veriation" in our minds, and that out brains produce a type of radio-wave (example&#33 that allows you to talk to other people, and for them to be manifest there.

So ya, I think you have a simmiler theory as to the owner

Subconchuse is not how to spell subconscious...etc. What about the guest book, how does it work? If I was to write a message, would my friend be able to dream up the same message without me telling him what it was?

E.g. ME: Dream…go to place, sun on face…hey man, I need to use that guest book, why are you so blue…write, write, write…train with some guys…wake up.

MATE: Dream…go to place, sun on face…hey man, I need to use that guest book, why are you so blue…read, read, read…train with some guys…wake up…hey, got you message…that’s so cool.

ME: Yeah, isn’t it just.

It all transposes into the shared dream thing, quite confusing.

But I&#39;m saying when I get proficient in lucid dreaming and my friend does too, then we will try it. I will not tell him the quote, and if the blue guys are like weird entities then I&#39;ll explain the situation and when he arrives, maybe on a separate night, then he&#39;ll see the entries and possible get a lecture from the scary blues.
