I would just like to alert people to the problematic bureacrocy in Europe and in the UK. Melatonin is a restricted product which is only available under prescription (and the NHS we have in the UK, are very conservative and want to push synthetic anti-cholinergenic rubbish which damages the brain). So far I have unsuccessfully appealed to various doctors for a melatonin prescription, even staying awake for 32 hours to at least have an attempt at deceiving doctors that I REALLY need it and that the drugs they usually prescribe I say 'don't work'. It is annoying, i got the response 'we only allocate Melatonin prescriptions to the elderly' or 'you are perfectly healthy, nothing wrong on your blood samples'. |
