Could it be possible? I'm not paralyzed, but is it possible that while lucid dreaming, a paralyzed person could actually use their paralyzed body parts? It would be like escaping to a whole world of ability..

In a lucid dream? Absolutely. After all, I've heard stories of people of people growing wings and using them in lucids, so taking control of a dead or missing body part (even if it's your whole body) should be no problemo.
the only time i think it would not be possible is if they have been paralized since birth. They might be able to imitate the movement. but i dont think they would be able to feel or touch.
The real question is do blind and deaf people see and hear in their dreams?
if blind people were blind since birth then no. same with deaf. if they have seen or heard after they were 5 years old then they might be able to. they can imitate what they think it is like but they cant expirience the real thing inless they have before
