Thread: How Often Do You Go Lucid?

Hey everyone
I was wondering how often you guys go lucid. Just post how often you go lucid, whether it be every night, every other night or whatever. Im just curious. I try to go lucid everynight, but I'll only get lucidity about twice a week, I guess I just need more practice. Thankz

It seems to be once or twice a week for me

Once or twice a week, and once I had two LD's in the same night.

At this point, it happens on a very special occasion, I had one 2 days ago, and before that was 2 weeks. But then again, I've only had 4 recent LD's

I think the answer for everyone is: not often enough About once a week or less for me usually, and that's kind of sad considering I've been working at this off and on since January - my lucid 1-year anniversary is coming up :yumdumdoodledum:

Seems pretty random for me. Sometimes I don't get one for a couple of weeks, other's I get them very frequently. At the moment, I've had one the last three nights without doing anything, and am going to do WBTB tonight, so should get another one tonight (had 4 last time I tried )

Lately, a little over once a week (average), however, I had a 2 month dry spell, and originally I only had 3 LDs in a loooong time. I had a period where I had 15-ish in a week though (waking up, falling into LD, waking up, falling into LD and so on ) That all adds up the count in my sig.

with practice, if i take like 3 days to preper my self i can go through ld every day i think.. but i like normal dreams to, cos in ld theres no story..

what does WBTB stand for?

Wake back to bed.

Involves waking up after 5/6 hours of sleep, staying up for a while 20-30 minutes, focusing on lucid dreaming then going back to sleep and it should improve chances of lucid dreaming.

Right now, 4 times a week!

It's pretty random for me. I can have them in waves going once every night for an entire week and then have a dry spell and not have one for weeks at a time.

Less than once a year.

i didnt have lucid 4 AGES then i imporved my RCs and lost my recall and last night i went to bed at like 12:00pm and woke up at 8:00 had a smothy and went back 2 bed.. kept waking up every hour or so with a new dream... and i had a few lucid dreams id just rember im in bed n go yay lol wonder i it was the smothy or just chance.. i tryed to WILD at like 8 but yer didtn work i got lazy lol

not that often, but last night i went lucid 4 times in 4 seperate dreams...

I have LDs pretty randomly, but on average, I have one LD per every two weeks, although, just last night I had two LDs, so I never know when I am going to have one.

Mine are pretty random as well, sometimes one every two/three weeks and if I'm lucky then 1-3 straight LDs in one week, and then a whole month without 'em.

I didn't go lucid for the past two nights because I was too lazy to get out of my bed early and walk around for 15 minutes!

About every 3-4 days.

Mine depends. Usually I get lucid every second night, but there are times where I get no lucids for 1-2 weeks. Pretty much everytime after a long non-lucid period I get a massive streak of 5-6 WILDS in one night.
