What's a good thing to say to yourself over and over to help you out with an LD?
Well beyond the standard "Tonight when I am dreaming I am going to realize that I am dreaming..." etc I've used a couple of things. Sometimes I tell myself that the next time I am not in my bed I am going to do a reality check. The next time I'm not in my bed will either: be A. In a dream or B. In the morning when I get up. Going over your dreamsigns could be useful though I have not discovered many of my own. Tell yourself "The next time I see/do A then I am probably dreaming". Hopefully you'll do a reality check if your sign occurs. Other than that I've found that it's mostly realizing that dreaming is pretty much imminent. You always dream when you sleep and reminding yourself of that when you are going to bed causes you to become more aware of the dream state. It does me anyway.Quote:
