Hey everyone,
Im new here, never had a lucid dream, but am very interested in this subject....i just started writing down all my dreams in order to gain dream recall...then i'll move further, although i am very confused with all this information here.
anyway back to my topic, i was readin all these dream journals and i was wondering, can any of u, or maybe any of u already have; controlled your feelings in a dream. what i mean is lets say u r dreaming...and ur in the dream u r feeling pain, can u change it to pleasure? lets say u cut urself but instead u feel good....or sumthin like u tickle urself but u feel like its burning....
is that possible?

Yes.
As I see it, the dream world is an internalised realm of your mind - not an externally devised environment. Thus, you can control anything in the dream - especially your emotions. Believe it or not, (this is a hint of my own sarcasm here, sorry, lol), you can also control your emotions when you are awake - you are not victim to your environment if you do not want to be.
Sometimes I use certain emotions as reality checks as I feel a certain way only in dreams (confused, surreal, etc.). By recognising this surreal notion, I am typically able to become lucid and the emotion instantly changes.
What do you think?

Sounds awesome....i really really wanan be able to experience atleast some lucidy in my dreams...i dont know how this is possible...i can hardly ever remember my dreams...i tried doin the thing where u stare at ur hand and tell urself that u will see ur hand when u dream....nothing really happened, guess it needs time.
