falling into an object

Hello group, I've been on vacation and unable to write and I miss the group. Anyways I got a bad case of food poisoning on sunday and was sick in the stomach so much I pulled muscles and have only had fluids and tiney amounts of food for 3 days.....I guess I'm on a small fast without planning it...Well I took a nap today and had my best lucid dream yet....I actually had 3 dreams within dreams like my mind was trying to trick me into going back out of awareness, but the dreams within dreams seem to be a sign of a good dream for me....I was so lucid I tryed to call someone into my dream with me, so I called out for them while flying and told them to direct me to them, and they directed me to fly into a cluster of trees and I sunk into them like a vortex faded into blackness and then reawoke in another place with the person. Anyone ever experience this.

Anyone ever experience this. Howdy, Sorry to hear about the food poisoning. So far I've been lucky enough to never experience that. I wasn't even aware one could be so sick that his or her muscles could be pulled. Craziness. Anyway, we've all had false awakenings--leading to a dream within a dream--but I can't say I've ever had 3 dreams within a dream.

I've never had 3 dreams in a dream before, maybe one, but not 3... Iv'e been sick before though
