      People have more lucid dreams on weekends because it is already and effective method CAT Cycle adjustment technique

      On weekdays we have school and work but on weekends we sleep in our bodies get ready to wake up at the most common time say 7:30 for example and make us more aware giving more dreams or lucid dream this is why it mostly happens on friday nights after the entire week of getting up

      But with this technque you may only have 3 lucids a week max. Just put your clock back monday and tuesday forward for wendsday and thursday and so on and tell us how you go
