It sounds like you might be WILDing by accident. By keeping your body still for long enough without your mind falling asleep, you may be doing a WILD. It would explain the sensations of moving around, and seeing these scenarios in your head. |

Last night when I was trying to sleep, I had an image of myself looking down on the ground, and there was wet water, and it felt real and all, but I wasn't necessarily "dreaming", but I felt my foot push forward and that made me shake because it was so unexpected, a while ago too I felt myself tilting to the side, and again I wasn't "dreaming", but I could see myself falling and I opened my eyes and shook quickly because it was like I awoke from a nightmare. |

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.
That could be, because I do see these things flying around when my eyes are closed, like wavy blue lines and firework type-acting stuff. |

It sounds like you are having hypnapogic halucinations while you are trying to go to sleep, also known as sleep paralasis in some cases. It is a very very normal thing to happen, but it seems like you have are getting really intense tactile feelings with them, which from what I have seen is not exactly common but it isn't anything to worry about. It is pretty much the same thing as the imagery that you see when trying WILD. |
