We are 85% Water or something like that. The Moon controls the tides. In us that means moods/emotions/psychology.

      I can't sleep when it's full moon
I used to dream of the blue in your eyes, now my dreams are color blind.

I'm usually unable to sleep when it is full moon. When I finally fall asleep my dreams are much more vivid and uncontroled. They usually perturb me a lot in the morning. That's when I usually go find out if it was full moon or not..and it usually was.

My sleep, dreams, and all other aspects of my life are all completely unaffected by lunar activities of any kind.

I have never actually thought about this before. My room is in the attic, so it will be quite easy for me to check each night.

I looked up the dates in my lucid journal and compared them to a lunar calendar and found no correlation between lucid dreams and the phase of the moon. Of course, I didn't take non-lucid dreams into account, because I usually don't record them.

Huh. Good question, jahwarrior. I do keep track of the phases of the moon, so I am very aware when it's a full moon.

Although I don't experience any changes in sleeping patterns when it's a full moon, I can tell you that I see more people doing weird things around the full moon. And I see more unusual cases at work around the full moon as well.

I don't know if there's any scientific correlation, but it's pretty consistent every month.
