I think you need to take a breath and relax. I think that part of your problem, is that you were already under the impression that having a lucid dream would be frightening, just as you did with LSD. With a more optimistic attitude, I don't think you'd have this problem. Also, make yourself relax....excercize, meditate, drink a warm glass of milk before day, or a bit of green tea. Just put your mind at ease, and be confident that you will have a good experience. |

Sometimes I feel the same fear of the unknown. Early on during my LD experiences I would practice self defense tactics to battle whatever i was gonna face. The thing is - I rarely faced anything and when I did my LD power multiplied by 10. I could do things that I found hard to do normally. Among my numerous LDs there were maybe 2-3 serious attacks and they werent all that bad. I kept cool and didnt panic. Recently I've discovered an element in my dreams that is evil and spiteful, but I deal with it. |
