My Problems :
I've had numerous vidid lucid dreams, flying and speedy, enjoyable. And then Months and Months of Insomnia eventually whiped out My DreamRecall: 0 Dreams a Night.

What I did about it:
I first tackled my Insomnia, quite succesfully, by keeping myself to a STRICT sleeping schedual ( To bed BEFORE midnight: Arise at 8 o' clock ) so that may have contributed on my Dream Recall and Vividness Slightly Increasing again lately.
I've trained my DR since (Keep a DreamJournal, Spend much thought on Dreeaming) and now it's like this: There'll be one day I'll remember 1 dream completely and flahsbacks of my dreams prior to that during the course of the Day, and the next day I won't remember any of my Dreams. The day after than No Dreams are Recalled Either and then next morning I wake up Remembering 1 complete Dream again and parts of prior dreams.

WILD Attempts:
Lately I've been attempting WILD and noticed I'm able to stay Concious Much Longer than before, have conciously experienced very deep hypnotising Dreamy abstract Thoughts&Emotions, Vivid Colorfull Hypnagogic Imagery ( It seems to be increasing day by day ) I have never managed to maintain concious and land myself in a Dream Conciously Yet.

But I feel I came closer last night: I had a Late night awakening,because I needed to take a leak, and Recalled a Very vivid Complete Dream: What a fool I was to forget to Write it down after I came back from the Bathroom and fell back asleep. >_< I lost it now. But it feels as though I&#39;m finally comming closer to Lucidity now than before.


Given my Conditions, is there anyone here who would have specific advices, hints or techniques I should try to Suggest to me?
