I am going to attend Art School in 2007 and we have a spare room in our House with a huge broad and long desk. My mom and I decided that should become my Atellier-room where I can draw/paint/build...etc on art projects. ANYW00

I planned on making this room all mine. Painting Eastern Patterns and Distant landscapes on the walls, hanging up rugswith eastern patterns, Arabic Lampion-lights, Incense and a Matrass etc...Overall Redish/terracotta and Earthly Color themed....a very dreamy, spiritual Room .
I want to morph the room so much that, when you ''lock yourself up'' in this room, you'll really be able to feel as if you are somewhere else rather than in the current Harsh Reality.

This pleasant Disorientation could not only be a great way to potentiate Creativity while making ArtWork, but may also be a perfect setting for Meditation and attempting Lucid Dream- and other Dream Experiments to see what effect the room has on you and your dreams.
I have noticed that if I sleep in another bed then my own I have different, usually more vivid dreams than normal. I wonder what effect Such a Dreamy, Meditative calm room would have on me. (For one it might tackle my Insomnia I am suffering lately) It's windows are pointed East so I can see the sun Rise in the Morning.

Since places at which you often are are most likely to return to you in your dreams, if I could get it to return to me in my Dream I could use it as a Dreamsign perhaps. I would draw a large ''Eye'' symbol on the wall to represent ''awareness'' and Learn to associate it with Doing an RC immediately upon seeing if it. This would probably return in my Dreams after having spent alot of time in that room. If so, it would Immediately reveal that I am dreaming when I see the Eye Symbol and do my RC.

Perhaps this would be the perfect Dreaming/Artistic Creativity/Meditation room?
Good idea? Any thoughts?
