Hey guys! This story is kind of personal to me, but I can not stop thinking about it everytime I research more on Lucid Dreams. Well here goes:

My grandmother passed away when I was in 5th grade, I was about 11. She was really close to me, and I know after someone passes away it is very common to dream about them, but this one dream was very different. (Keep in mind I had no idea what LDs were nor did I ever hear of anything about it). My mother would always tell me the strange dreams she had for months after my grandmother passed away, and me not having any yet, decided to try something.

Before I had fallin asleep one night while I was praying, I said this, "God can I please see my grama one more time? Please can I talk to her in my dreams?" Not thinking much of it, I fell asleep. Everything was common for a while, but then a week later I had the most disturbing and memorable dream of my entire life.

I was sitting at the kitchen table, the EXACT table that use to be in my grandmas home. Same chairs, etc. But we were not at her house, we were floating in black nothingness. I remember sitting there just starring in complete shock seeing my grandmother repeating to myself "This isn't real." I was too scared, shocked, startled, etc, to say anything, so we just looked at each other for a few mins before I woke up. But, the thing that got my attention the most was the fact that it was my grandma, as she would have looked like if her body has risen... ie black around her eyes, PALE PALE skin, and a ghostly look to her... Being 10 or 11 at the time, I am sure you could see why that would have shoken me up a bit

Do you think I could have, even without know about LDs, got myself to dream about this? And the weird thing is, I knew that it was a dream. I never actually thought about this until I started reading up on LDs... but the feeling I had was "This is not real."

Well, just thought I would share this and maybe get a little feedback! Adios!
