      lacking dreams?

      I dont have many vivid dreams, most of my dreams are either very vague or its just not possible to remember them.


      I also listen to jazz fusion like Al Di Meola, classical, especially paganini for my guitar inspiration, and lots of other kinds of music

      Use a dream journal and try some B6, It usually comes in a daily supplement.

      Im using a dream journal now, but I never knew vitamin B6 can give you dreams.

      Vitamins have a pronounced effect on dreaming. If your diet is lacking, you wont see many dreams and will rarely remember them. Try multivitamins or B6 supplements for a week or so and you will notice a difference.

      Try to wake up after about 5 hours of sleep, then go back to sleep. I always get vivid dreams like that.. I did this tonight and I had a little control!
