I have found that in the last months I can't relax as easily as before. Now, when I go to bed I feel like my heart-beating ws going up, it beats me and makes me focus on it. Is not a good sensation (at least for me) I think I need to improve my focusing ability (more meditation! ) Anyone else has felt this? I think it could be related to my weight (my low weight)

Another point is that I have never been able to relax my head's muscles completly. It's like all the body asleep except the head (not completly, of course) I know it could sound strange but, anyone knows some method to relax the head's muscles? Again I think it could be a focusing problem.
