A Mud Bath and Daydreams!!!
Well I must say I had the most relaxing experience EVER!!!! On Thursday I went up to Napa Valley (home of beautiful Vineyards and hot springs). I have always wanted to try a mud bath. So I booked a 75 min appointment. First I was put in a tub of mud made from volcanic ash and boiling hot spring water, after that a personal hot mineral bath. Next they put me in a sauna and finally rapped me in blankets to go in the meditation room. They put ice cold cucumbers on my eyes, which was very nice compared to all the hot things I experienced before! I was in there for 15 mins and I figured It would be a great time to try my WILD techniques! What I got was a great daydream!
I was lying so still completely relaxed listening to my heart race as if I had just run 10 miles. I concentrated on that for some time along with my breathing. Then I noticed how beautiful the music was that they had playing. I started to picture things in my head. I had the most beautiful daydream ever. I pictured myself in a mystical forest beside a pond. Water lilies were opening and I could see the sun light sparkle on the water. There was a unicorn, fairies, a boy playing a musical instrument, a beautiful man who seemed to love me. I would dance and the fairies flew in circles around me. I weaved a wreath of flowers for my hair. I was kissed as flowers floated on the scented breeze. Children danced around a "May Pole" with colored ribbons and flowers in their hair. The beauty of it is to hard to describe...
I was conscious of everything around me as all this was going on in my head so I don't believe I actually had a WILD ex. If they had let me stay just a little longer I believed it would have turned into one or maybe just a beautiful dream. I didn't want it to end!
Well I just wanted to share that with you all. I am now a believer that I can make anything happen in my daydream along with my sleeping dreams! I have never experienced anything like that before it was beyond words!!! I highly recommend Napa Valley and Mud baths!!!
