      nap dreams

Has anyone had better dreams during naps. I'm tired alot...maybe cause my dream world is more exciteing then reality, but when I take like a three hour nap, I'll have several different lucid dreams, and wake up and fall back asleep and continue the dream.

      Something for newbs to try

The 3 o'clock half hour nap can be one of the most frequent lucid dreams you will ever have. At least for me anyway. Its like the freak who likes to wake up in the middle of the night and cause drama with her ol man. Your tired stressed and have 30 mins to nap. You really dont sleep but your eyes are shut. This is Lucid dreaming people think about it. All you dreamers should no. For me some of them short power naps can feel like hours.

      Weird awakening

You know what, i just took a nap this after noon knowing all this and i had a weird awakening. i cant lucid dream f.y.i

Right before going to sleep i was focused on lucid dreaming when my mine wondered and i was thinking about my social life. Well one thing led to another and i was at a place in my child hood, a camp. Well all of a sudden near a bride, i saw somthing rush out of the forest at me and its face was..... Dark, eyes were yellow and had light horns. All of a sudden i woke immedetly with my head turning and my body coming back from numbness.

Now thats kinda creepy. But the weird thing is i was reading a E-mail from some1 from this site the night before about this kinda subject. He told me alot, so im not scared of anything, in fact right after awaking from this dream i went back to sleep.

Hmm it really does sound a bit demonic to but if you feel comfortable around this sort of entity perhaps it was your guardian or some special pet friend. hey dream on

no no man you got it all wrong. I feel it was demonic, after talking from some1 here though he brought it in light 4 me. I'm christian and i feel that this was a dark spirit detouring me from my dreaming. But as long has god has my back, i feel safe.

That was funney what you said about the pet thing.

I've had a few lucid dreams in naps. I intermittenly take naps during the day, around three or four for about two hours if I have nothing else to do and I'm sleepy.

Once I was sleeping on the grass waiting for my buddy to come pick me up and take me back to Denver, and I was thinking about how weird and cool it would be if when I woke up, I looked around and found myself dreaming.

Well when I woke up, my other buddy came up and I was surprised to see him in Boulder, and we started walking down the street. Then we met up with some girl with a wicker guitar case and she swung it a bit by its strap. It swung half way and just hung in the air and I knew.

I wanted to run around and climb on all the college buildings but I woke up first. I find that dreams won't happen during my naps unless I have some good hypnagonic images as I'm falling asleep.

you always capitalize the "G" in God or any name referring to Him. I'm sorry to correct your grammer but it's just a pet peeve of mine.

yeah... having dreams during a daytime nap is actually easier and works faster, since you dont have to wait for REM to start. it's called NILD (nap induced lucid dream)

      I pronounce them like this:

NILD = (nilled) WILD = (willed) DILD = (dilled)

      so yeah, that's it.
