Out of curiousity, as anyone been able to combine polyphasic sleeping with Lucid Dreaming?
I tried once, but c ouldn't fit it into my school schedule. However, from what I hear the dreams are very intense and vividand you slip right into REM sleep, so it'd be extremely easy to go lucid while dreaming using that sleeping method. If I ever got a chance, I'd give it a try.
I havent gone into a whole scheduale of polyphasic sleeping. However i have stayed up for a few days straight, then fell asleep setting an alarm for every 45 minutes. This resulted in lucid dream after lucid dream. Or a night when there is nothing on the next day i've done the same through the night with the same result. It's good fun and lucidity is easy, good practice.
I dont think there would be any gain in going to a full polyphasic sleeping cycle over doing it now and then with some free time.
