Thread: Question About Dream Realism....

Hey everyone

i was just looking at the DV turtorial about Dream Realism, and it states to like look at your hands/rub your hands for making your dreams more vivid..

My question is...

1.) how do you all of a sudden just look at your hands...dont you have to become lucid first just to look at your hands?

2.) If not, how do i "tell myself" to look at my hands in my dream?

3.) Can you accomplish this in each and every dream?

Well, looking at your hands can be a reailty check and see if theres anything wrong with them, and to make your dreams mroe vivid, like if your in a lcuid dream, then you look at your hands and it helps keeping you in the dream or from waking up.
