I posted this before, and I did get some help, but it is still a problem.
Ever since I started trying WILD's, when I try to do one, my eyes, when they are closed, start to roll back into my head. They best way I can explain it is the sensation you get when you look up at, say, a ceiling, without moving your head - except with your eyes closed.
The strange thing is, I never had this happen to me before. I don't even have to be deep into the process, whenever I even THINK of doing a wild, or even think of lucid dreams in general while trying to keep my eyes closed, this will happen. As you can imagine, it is very irritating, because it is unpleasant and I cannot go to sleep. And of course I love to pest myself, so I always will spontaneously say the keywords inside my head (the keywords being anything that even faintly reminds me of lucid dreaming).
Somebody mentioned putting pressure on my eyes using a sleep mask or something of that nature. It does work, but it requires a lot of pressure, and then I start to feel my pulse in my eyes...I just don't like it. Lately I have to wait until I'm tired enough to just doze off quickly.
Am I the only one with this problem? Am I insane?!
