Yes, absolutely. One time, I dreamed that I was going to sleep and attempting to WILD. I was not lucid when the dream began, but when I "went to sleep" in the dream, the WILD was successful, and I became lucid. It also happened to be one of the more vivid LDs I've had, and one in which I had a lot of control.
Same here.
I once had a dream, became lucid and 'woke up' in sleep paralysis - however I was sat in a dark room and couldn't move (where as actually I'd fallen asleep in my bed) so basically I became lucid then dreamt about having sleep paralysis and then entered a new dream scene within a dream! All very confusing but completely enjoyable :D
When I eventually woke up I was like WTF???
I have that alot. To bad that even when I am Dreaming I am lucid dreaming I am not really lucid <=/

No, because they aren't aware that they are dreaming. Therefore, they are not lucid. If they became aware that they were lucid dreaming, they would be lucid, right?Quote:

Oh dear...
I've fallen asleep in a non-lucid dream and become lucid, kind of as TygrHawk described. I also woke up from the lucid dream back into the non-lucid dream and then picked up my MP3 player to record the lucid dream. It's a good thing there were some distractions in the non-lucid dream to prevent me from recording my dream (and therefore subconciously discarding my thoughts) onto a dream MP3 player before I woke up for real. :)
I'm pretty sure I have woken up before and recorded an entire dream, only to then wake up for real. In fact, my very first lucid dream was as a result of trying to record a dream whilst still dreaming (the screen looked all wierd). :P
i've had a similar experience.Quote:

i dreamt i was going to sleep and attempting a WILD (complete with SP), but 'failed' to enter a dream :P, "woke up", opened a window, and laid back down. i tried again, and "WILDed" into one of my longest, clearest lucids ever.
damn, talking about LDing forces me to get quotation mark-happy sometime, heh.
I haven't dreamed about dreaming yet (I'm fairly new to this... still haven't had my first LD :(), but 2 days ago I dreamed about telling some people about one of my dreams. I had one dream at the beginning of the night, and then in my next dream I was in the backseat of a car telling some kids about the dream I had just had... man, I was kicking myself when I woke up from that haha.
