      Free Lucid Audio/Video?

      Hey Everyone,

      Love this forum! I just registered and this is my first post.

      I was wondering if anyone could direct me to some (free) Audio/Video that has anything to do with Lucid dreaming. Not necessarily something to listen to while sleeping, but informative audios to listen to before going to bed maybe.

      The paid audio/video is welcome as well!

      I was actually also looking for some videos or audios that have people explaining how to lucid dream, not just the trance music for inducing them.

      Anyone know where to find some?

      looks interesting. Thats more of what I'm looking for...possible some that is just audio?

      Anyone else have a good website with some lucid audio?

      It's the best astral and lucid videos there are out there. You must enrol to be in their courses though, but they are free. It has hot reputable people explaining how to do them, exercises to build skill etc. Check it out.
