      Recurring dreams

Okay, for the last few weeks (maybe months) I haven't been able to lucid dream. I tried to just give it a rest, and the result was two recurring dreams (one scary, one not) that WILL NOT STOP. They always vary a bit, but the theme is the same.
      1. I'm in a waterpark. I'm usually just playing around, so I have absolutely no idea why I keep having these and what they could mean.
      2. Satanic possession. It's usually not of me (although sometimes it is), but of people close to me. I have these a lot, especially recently.
Any ideas as to why/what theses mean? Or what I could do to stop them- at least the second one? I've tried using them as dream signs- it works with other recurring dreams I've had, but not these.
      Any input is appreciated.
      Thanks,
      Theresa

tell yourself before falling asleep, that you are going to recognize you are dreaming. Also listen to that MP3 thats on here when youre asleep. And do reality checks constantly throughout the day whenever you see something weird. Also before you go to sleep tell yourself that unless proven otherwise you are in a dream (that works ace for me)
I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

Yeah I have had the same Lucid dream 4 times before. It was a nightmarish one and the only way I could stop it from recurring is by resolving the problem in the dream. So if you were to examine the dream more carefuly then think about what the problem is and solve it I'm sure they will go away.
