Thread: Recognizing Dream Signs

I have identified three dream signs that recur in my dreams, but have yet to recognize them during a dream. Any suggestions, besides reality checks, for recognizing them while dreaming?

Once you identify your dreamsign, it's really just a matter of remembering this as a sign when you're dreaming. It helps if you think about this sign before bed. You really have to train yourself to associate this sign with dreaming. Is this a sign that you see in everyday life? Like a red car or something? If so, you just have to keep telling yourself that when you see this sign that you at least COULD be dreaming. The more you think of this sign before bed, the likely it will be that you see it in dreams, the more chances you will have to make the connection.

It's something that takes time, so don't give up.
