Hi guys, I am new. I've only had a couple lucid dreams in my life and had one last night which prompted me to google for "lucid dreams" and bingo! I'm here!
Anyways, I wanted to ask what you all think of preparing for lucid dreams. Do you guys notice that certain actions help you dream better? Does excerising during the day or before sleep help? Do you eat before sleeping and if so, what kinds of foods? Is your bedroom cool or warm or do you use a fan?
I am interested in seeing what kind of environmental or body/health actions have on the effect of your ability to control and have lucid dreams. Have you all found anything that works for you? Please share as much information as possible. I am very interested in seeing how these variables effect dreaming.
