Ok. This is kinda wierd but happens almost very often. It used to happen like every morning, every other week and now it just happens every once in a while. |

That's interesting! I wonder how that happens? I certainly can't imagine why it happens all the time... Pretty cool though. |
|
I never experienced that. |
|
How strange. I have never experienced anything like that. Well, sometimes I will wake up from dreams, and in my dream I'll be holding a cup and Ill wake up suddenly with a tight fist and ti feels so odd that there is no cup in my hand, but thats it. |

I've woken up laughing and crying before lol and can't remember why. To me it sounds kinda like some mild form of sleep walking. If you are sitting up and moving around in bed then you aren't in sleep paralysis similar to what happenes when a person is sleep walking and acting out their dreams. I'm not sure what would cause this though, maybe stress related. |

Hmm... a variant of sleepwalking? |

I've had that happen to me but only a few times during my life. I'll wake up and keep hearing the person from the dream talk for just a few seconds and it fades away. I think the explanation is that a part of you is still in the dream so you can still hear it. |
