So last night I had a lucid dream where I was in this stairwell cube prison. and I couldn't go anywhere in there was traffic. For the whole dream I tried to escape but anytime I would do something I would just hurt myself. Also most of my lucid dreams start at my house with nothing to do. For dreams like that how do I change it?
