So last night I had a lucid dream where I was in this stairwell cube prison. and I couldn't go anywhere in there was traffic. For the whole dream I tried to escape but anytime I would do something I would just hurt myself. Also most of my lucid dreams start at my house with nothing to do. For dreams like that how do I change it?
thats an interesting question, & hopefully someone with more experience in this will have a good answer for you, but in the meantime i have some ideas! ive struggled with not knowing what to do in lucid dreams, but ive heard that having a few goals to work on can be good for that, so i have a list of things id like to do.
it seems more like you may be entirely trapped, in which case you may wanna look at methods of teleportation? the ones ive heard of involve things like doorways, but if you lack them in these prisons, im sure theres a few other ways thatd satisfy your brain. if youre a fan, perhaps the spinning thing they do in Harry Potter may work for you? if there is a locked door, or something of the sort, you could always check your pockets for a key, or even a lockpick.
as for your house dreams, teleportation would probably be useful if you have specific goals, or you could brainstorm some ideas for cool stuff to do at home. personally, im a fan of climbing onto my roof, lucid and nonlucid dreams alike. theres a lot you could do from there, like fly, or jump down into your neighbor's home, or meet a local outdoor cat.
