Lucid dream after a few minutes of sleep

Sometimes, when I wake up after some 7 hours of sleep, I go back to bed and get an OBE-like dream. With this, i mean, i'm lying in bed, feel my body shake, start to listen to a buzz, then I enter a dream, all lucid. I've read that this happens more at the end of the sleep hours (7-8 hours of sleep). Curiously, this past week, I've been experiencing this, right at the beginning, with just 10-15 minutes of sleep. Never happened this way. Why is that?

This is known as a wake initiated lucid dream (WILD). It can happen during any REM period but is more likely to occur in the last few hours of sleep as you mentioned. I’ve never experienced it at the beginning of the night myself. I think this is likely a very rare occurrence.

The fact that we still know very little about lucid dreaming its self. It could be a WILD. It could be also an indication of lack of sleep too if it's at the beginning of the night like that.
With Dreaming you need to start small and work hard grow your lucid dreaming lifestyle...
