Try getting some white noise with a fan or something, and concentrating on that instead. |

I know exactly what you are talking about. I used to have it lal the time. Its like heairng a radio softly from another room in the house, only in you head. I find that if I just let out a small groan, it grounds me abck to the outside world as far is concerned, and the music goes away. |

When I have a song in my head and can't get it out, I just imagine the noise of static, as if you left a TV on a channel that wasn't coming in. It works pretty well to clear my mind. |
