Thread: Eek! more questions just popped in my head.

1.) Is it possible to have lucid dreams all of the time or only some of the time?

2.) I just tried another attempt at a WILD and it was very strange what happened. I never saw any random flashes of light or color but in about 10 minutes my body went numb but then after that still no colors or images. My mind is 100% relaxed and stress free but I can't manage to form any images or see anything. Has this happened to any of you?

Well, its possible after a fashion to have lucid dreams night after night, but this takes a long time to be able to be able to induce by will. Lucid dreaming can occur randomly or frequently, it really depends on the skill and experience of lding by the dreamer.

I'm not to sure about the second one, maybe its cause you were focussing on seeing the images when you should just been relaxing. I'm not too sure?

Lucid dreams are hit and miss at thier best The best thing we can do is try to get them and use reality checks, but nothing is garentueed. YOu coudl usuualy have a few awosme big ones a week with practice.

I have never been able to get hypnogic immigry, so dont feel bad. It seemed like you reached sleep paralisis though.
