      Easy.
1: Find a light source. If you can't find one, expect to find one behind you when you turn around...
2: Make it bigger and stronger.
How you do it is up to you. You could use a wireless light switch... Or shoot it with a magic ray gun... You could do it just by thinking about it...
A couple of days ago I made a star into the sun by pointing my fingers at it and spreading them like I would when zooming on my phone...
You could also just grab the sky and spin it, so that the sun rises... Use your imagination, ANYTHING is possible remember...

Edit: You have enough rendering power don't worry Believing in that kind of limitations can make any problem more difficult deal with though.

      Thank you for your answer.
I was trying this method on a street lamp
      Couldn't make it stronger.
I'll sure as hell gonna try spinning the sky.
      Sounds amazing.

      Good luck!

If you find you have trouble there are lots of good threads in the dream control subforum about increasing lucidity and all that stuff. Definitely worth a read.
