Hey guys,I often realize that am dreaming while indoors, I then always think that there are much more possibilities for lucid "actions" outside (like flying and stuff). |

Dont worry too much about the light. For me lightswitches just dont work. so if its dark in the room i cant just turn on the light. but normally if you just dont bother and keep on going with the dream as if there is enough light it gets bright enough by its own. its all about focus. if you focus on the fact that it is too dark it will be to dark and might even get darker but you see enough so just continue your dream and just like that it will be good. |

I've encountered the problem of everything being dark and not being able to see in LDs before, and this usually works for me. If I ignore the problem and just go about my business (doing my best to explore in the dark, maybe feeling, tasting, smelling, etc., to keep myself occupied in the meantime), I'll usually get visuals again eventually. This strategy is useful in general for any little “problems” you might encounter in LDs. Something happening that you don't like? Distract yourself from it long enough, and it should go away! |
